Decor Rental Process

Initial Consultation

Since each wedding/event is unique, we require a telephone consultation be scheduled to discuss your event details. You can do this right on our page by selecting contact us. Most of our rental items are listed in our gallery so please review this prior to the consultation to gather an idea of what you would like to rent. During our consultation we will determine date availability, event details, items requested, etc.  As of Feb 2022, we now require a minimum rental of $500 in items to book for weddings. 

Proposal 

From the information gathered during our consultation, we will put together a proposal to send to you for review. This will include all of the items you have requested along with pricing. After reviewing the proposal, you can chose to remove items from the proposal or move forward with putting down the required deposit to reserve your date & items. Once you have signed the contract and paid your deposit, we cannot remove items from your proposal, however we can add to your proposal up until 1 month prior to your event. so please keep this in mind prior to signing and paying your deposit.  

Deposit & Payment Schedule

  If you chose to move forward with reserving your date, your initial deposit retainer fee will be due immediately upon signing the contract. This deposit is non-refundable.  We do offer payment plans for the remaining balance and it will be listed on your proposal and contract. If the payment plan presented does not work for you, please let us know and we would be happy to look into other payment plan options. 

Moving Forward

Once your deposit has been made and contract signed, we can then proceed with scheduling an in person consultation if you choose to do so to view our rental items in person. Please note that this is a family business that we run out of our home and not out of a store front. Just let us know if you would like to request a date for this and we would be happy to set that up.
